Naim HDX corruption

Hi, 

 

I think that I may have a corruption on the hard disk of my HDX.

 

One of my albums does not appear in the DTC however I can see it being backed up when I run a backup of the HDX to a network share so the album is obviously still there on the HDX's hard disk. I have run the 'Rebuild DB' function but it still does not appear.

 

Is there a way that I can reset the HDX back to factory default and then copy all my music back to it from the backup? Maybe a fresh software install using an ISO downloaded from the Naim website?

 

Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you looked in the HDX's recycle bin Steve?
