Mute button is frozen on My DAC-V1 ..

Hello,

By the time it's been 7 days to use DAC-V1 & NAP 100, I've noticed an issue with the DAC. When I try to make it mute, it doesn't intermittently become mute. Actually, the light is turned off when I press the button, but speakers still work. Do you know why this happen and is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

I seem to remember that one or two users reported this when the V1 was first released and before the first firmware update was released (both in 2013).

So, it may be worth searching on this forum for the solution. However, if it were me, I would get your dealer to help resolve this for you.

What do you think of the music quality you get from the V1 send 100 combo?
