Yet another stupid question

Ok, so yet another stupid question.

I have a Qute2 and an iMac. I store my music collection on the iMac in iTunes and then stream it to my Qute2 using nStream.

My question is, how do apps like Pure Sound and Sonic Ammarra work? By that I mean, when I stream music from my music collection, stored in iTunes, via nStream to my Qute2, iTunes doesn't open so how can/does apps like Pure Sound/Ammarra affect the quality of sound?

No.

They won't do anything via UPnP which is what you are using to stream music from your iMac to your Qute.

Hi Voltaire,

I really don't think that you do what you said above.  Neither iTunes nor nStream are UPnP servers; they don't stream music to your Qute2.  Something else is going on

Ah, thank you.
