Can not update the ND5-XS firmware

Just purchased the ND5-XS recently and finally set up. Tried to update the firmwares downloaded from Naim. I was following the PDF file attached. Checked the Mac's system info and found the USB Serial Converter. When running the Naim Updater, it stuck at the second window - the 'Select serial port to use' is blank. Tried the switch on unit within 60 seconds also but nothing happens.

Did I miss out something?

did you get the right usb serial thingy? I think it needs a driver too.

Thanks garyi. I am just the normal USB cable. And where do I download the driver?
