Deactivate Antivirus, install Spotify and turn Antivirus on again. The go in your firewall setting and allow the port of Spotify (you find the port number that Spotify is using in the setting). If this doesn't work, throw your Antivirus in the dustbin and download the free Antivirus from Microsoft that protects you sufficiently and works smooth less.
