I am not an expert with Audirvana at all . . . but I think I know your issue. You are trying to get your UPnP server (DS Audio) to send music to a type of player that is not compatible with UPnP. Audirvana, I believe, does not function as a UPnP-compatible player; it's a music player in its own right.
Can you tell Audirvana to look for music files on your nas instead of on the Mac's hard drive? That would be the solution. Trying to get DS Audio on the nas to 'send' the files to Audirvana is not going to work I am 99% sure.

I am sorry I don't understand your question. When I'm using air server on my Mac mini I can see my Mac mini pop up in DS audio in synology nas and then can control from there. but air server does not deliver superior sound quality like audirvana does this is my problem I need to be able to control audirvana , remotely. i have tried all other players and audirvana winds hand down Every time. So this is why I am going to great lengths to control audirvana remotely if I can and if it is possible.
