New Naim Muso anyone?

Following Naim's slightly anticlimactic unveiling (you can overdo the marketing tease) the Muso wireless speaker looks interesting enough...
Would love to know if like B&Os A9 you can run them as stereo pairs.

And that the speaker units are shielded?
Not sure if they are but - are you still using a CRT (cathode ray tube) TV?
Unshielded should only be a problem with those.
Please don't try this at home.

Since it is missing a HDMI connection it"s,not,really ment to be a soundbar.Don" t think the,speakers,are,shielded.
But it has toslink digital inputs, so all you need to do is run an optical cable from your tv to the Muso. Most decent TVs nowadays have optical digital out I think. This way of connecting would have the advantage that you'll get the sound from whatever input you select on the tv - any of the HDMI inputs or the increasingly available streamed sources.

I had the chance to see and hear the MUSO Player at High-End in Munich last week. I do understand that at true high-end fan has a problem with this player. Nevertheless, after hearing that sound and playing the the new app it is quiet impressive. For all of us looking for some minor sound quality (depending on you loudspeaker) it is definitely an option. To get access to your whole music files you need to have a multi-room master device like SuperUniti, Qute. It is only a slave device for multi-room! Price point is planned for €1.075 and it will have a direct support for streaming services. The sales guy told me that it is not sure which service(s) will be supported because they are considering to add cd quality services like WIMP, Quobouz or similar.
The same guy did not confirm but expects that streaming services needs to be added to HDX, SuperUniti, Qute in Sep/Oct time frame.
It's cool and you will love it, too. Unfortunately, I have purchased Sonos for my kids a couple of months ago.
If you have a MacMini/HD/DAC system there's no problem playing your digital files via Airplay and it can all be controlled with an iPad or other IOS device. B&W and Sonos have had Airplay capability for years. I'm looking forward to hearing the Muso but wish it came in black and not just the silver finish.
Got to see and hear the Muso at K J West One in London on Wednesday. It dose not disappoint, Naim won't have any trouble shifting Muso
I was also at Kj on wed. Muso looked and sounded very impressive.
Except for the front cover which is curved to recall the Statement,
but instead looks distorted. Not a good design choice, but with the
black cover this will not be so noticeable. It really did sound great!
Talking with the Naim rep, they expect to shift 10,000 a year.

Just Google Naim Muso. The images show clearly the 'rippled'
curvature on the front cover. It isn't flat. It isn't symmetrical.
That's all I can say.

I thought it was just the way the light hits it in the photos, can't wait to see one now!
A completely pointless curve in the front grill. Doesn't that make it a gimmick? I thought that was exactly the kind of thing Naim always avoided...

Look at the curves on the Statement Amplifier and the Muso grille shape will make more sense...

Up to now they did. It has a lot to do with the new French managment. I think they have other ideas then Naim has.

It's an oblong box following on from many other oblong boxes and yet this one is ugly????????
