Yba pre 400 preamp and Naim nd5xs – a match made in heaven.

Hello Guys,

I have finally found the source that has tamed my YBA PRE400 and given a "body" into the music.  I still retained the transparency and micro-detail that YBA is known and with the known midrange/toe-tapping sound Naim is known for, it has definitely showed through my system.

The only problem is that when I use the BNC input with a bnc adapter (supplied) using a digital coaxial, I get a clicking sound but with the USB there is no problem (infact Miles Davis sounds alive....now).

Could this clicking be a cause of impedance mismatch ?  Any recommendation for a good digital coaxial ?  I had been looking at audioquest BNC cable sold on ebay.

My first foray into NAIN is a success indeed so now I can have a good foundation for a better upgrade!

I look forward for your suggestion.
