Do you think Charlie Brooker is low, or Berlesconi?
Although I have been disappointed with the format of 'The Late Show' I find Charlie Brooker brilliant, and love the way he makes no concessions when he goes for such deserving targets as Berlisconi.
Paying an underage girl for sex is disgusting, utterly so.
His current series on BBC2 'How TV Ruined Your Life' is probably my favourite comedy and commentary on TV at the moment, and his previous series on BBC4 were equally great.
I really must get hold of some of his collection of criticism from his articles in The Guardian.

Mister Nobby,
I don't know what >hackneyed< means. I don't know what >ee-dee-fy< means. Nor the kind clarification of its spelling helps me. As for the >young man<, you're too kind: I am almost 58 years old. Perhaps I have the wrong perspective on the matter: and Italy is actually only a pleasant vacationing resort for all kind of foreign people who look after pasta e cypresses; but I live here, and the state of things here has become unbearable. I thought that the padded cell could be the place to exchange impressions, but perhaps I'm wrong, and since this morning I am in no mood for superior people, please stick your >hackneyed<, your >ee-dee-fy< and your >young man< into your a**hole.
Respectfully,
Massimo

Massimo, is English your second language? If it is you certainly write it with clarity and great aplomb.
Even if English is your first language, this is not a forum focussing on the correct use of English, but a place to express opinions, and in your opinion Berlesconi has fallen very low, an opinion I would join you in.
If English is indeed your second language, perhaps Nobby should write something in Italian and allow you to make critisisms of his use of a language that is not his first.

Massimo, that video is sad and I feel your pain, but what's to do?
Things are what they are for ill or good.
Ignore Nobby.
Post more music threads.
I always enjoy reading what you write.
