NAS Recommendations Sticky

I may have just been imagining things, but was there, until quite recently, a Sticky with recommendations for NAS's that had been tested using the Test Tool, and if there was, it seems to have disappeared?
Ive searched for the topic without success.
Does anyone know what happened to this topic, or could anyone kindly point me in the direction of the thread please?
