Reminds me of my youth in a summer swimming program.  Mom put me in diving lessons.  All I did was belly flops or back flops. VERY painful even with a t shirt on. Instructor said " as you see the end of the board come around you open up from your tuck and slip right in......."

That never happened. 

Greg Lougainis has an innate ability to do that.  Not me.

A Navy friend told me his ship deck was 4 stories about the water, in a disaster they'd have to jump in.  At that height water is like concrete so you have to hold tight or a loose arm or leg could be ripped off.
