n-Vi remote not working

Have just found that the remote is not controlling my nVi. Changing batteries has not helped. It does still control the volume of my SN!

Any thoughts?

Sounds like the remote is out of sync. Certain button pushes can change the DVD and AV code sets that the remote uses.... this won't affect the CD and PRE codes, which is why it works your Supernait.

Mike...you're a marvel!! My handset WAS out of synch as the first reset listed worked! I was anticipating a trip back to Salisbury for repair at the very least, so am I pleased!!

No probs

Glad it worked. Do make sure you do the codes for both the AV and DVD sets, otherwise you may be able to play discs and change volume, but not be able to set surround modes.
