Unitiserve Errors

I have got a Unitiserve which seem to be not ripping all the tracks of some cd's or refusing to rip at all-saying there is an error

I have tried re ripping the discs  but the problem remains - however when I put the same discs on a friends unitiserve there are no problems

Has anyone experienced the same problem and how I can remedy this
