Today it's a bit of 'River of Life' from PFM's 'Photos of Ghosts'
Yesterday it was Vivaldi (OP6, No1(3))
Saturday was Prokoviev: Lt Kije's theme.
...
Most days there's one and it goes round in my head all day.
So far I've not found out how to get rid of one, the best I ever seem to be able do is switch it for a less irritating one. I don't even need the audio system to do this, all I have to do is go through the new theme a few times. Listening to something I know fairly well will usually switch it over as well.

It may be pretty severe therapy, but try listening for 30 seconds to a minute to something by Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, or Britney Spears.
It won't take away your earworm, but it will be a blessed relief compared to that stuff, so you won't mind it any more.
Repeat PRN.

Ear Blackbirds maybe?

My earworms (and the accompanying molar percussion) track my caffeine consumption pretty closely.

I don't normally suffer from earworms, but I've had this tune in my head since this afternoon.
The reason.
On my way to watch the first stage of the Tour of Britain in Liverpool, I came across this. Fortunately it's my favourite Christians song.

A wire coat hanger?

Yes, there is. This (the happy, catchy tunes it contains - among them "Slug Bait", "Maggot Death" and "After Cease To Exist" - will cleanse you ears in no time):
