Is anyone not impressed by the Hugo

Just asking...
I mean all this Hugo talk has me on the verge of ordering one without audition, but before I do, just wanted to hear some answers to this particular question.
I have not heard it but I do not like that fact that it has a battery which has probably a short life (2-3 years?).
Having said that, this very same reason may very well be the key recipe for is good sound as it means the Hugo do not have to deal with interference problems associated with AC/DC conversion and filtering!
I was not too impressed with my Hugo when it died after just two weeks of use. I was even less impressed with the 3 weeks waiting time for the replacement to arrive. Chord should give priority to customers vs new customers in my view.
Next to that, the sound coming out of it is very nice.

Me neither. I got my new Hugo three weeks ago and I had a dead on arrival with the HD USB port. Everything else was working fine. As I am using Win7/Win8.1 laptops, I had to install drivers for the HD USB port. My laptops could not recognize the Hugo via HD USB port so the Hugo is now back at the dealer. In the meantime I got the dealers Hugo so I can enjoy what’s coming out of my Kudos Super 10 now. I really enjoy.
Hugo is connected to Uniti2 and I play music via laptop from either USB sticks or from Synology NAS (LAN connection). I consider it as a big improvement compared to the previous setup with only Uniti2. I am thinking about trading in my Uniti2 for a Supernait2 as I don’t use CD player, radio and DAC functions of my Uniti2. My dealer offered me his Supernait2 for a home demo. I will check it the next weeks. Anyone else running a Hugo with Uniti2 or Supernait2?

So I can't wait to demo sn2 with my Hugo and in the meantime be happy with the current listening.
