iRadio keeps disconnecting

For some reason iRadio keeps disconnecting on my UQ1. Wired connection, network speed is fine, upnp works fine, and no other traffic on the network. It'll play for about five minutes (or less) and then stop, and nStream shows 'Press play to reconnect' which it does but only for a very short time, then repeat.
What's going on? Very frustrating.

Are you using it connected to another amp. If so. Then you might have it set to mute

Yes that was it! problem solved. I have it running as a source only into a DAC V1 and between the two the mute function gets really muddled (esp with the kids using it). Thank you!

No worries. I had the same problem Bit of a nightmare at 1st checking everything was connected properly, turning it all on and off. Glad your sorted.

For me also iradio keeps disconnecting. I did not get that mute thing solution . If i mute my UQ2 which is connected digitaly to Ndac then i hear nothing (well that is mute function supposed to do 
)

The mute button on both unitiqutes mutes the internal qute amp and not the digital out. Hence the reason it outputs digitally for around 5 mins. I would have thought the only other reason you would be getting drop outs was because of your internet connection and buffering.

It mutes digital radio too

Doesn't mute mine. Must be broken. Unless it's set up differently to yours

It drops internet radio after 5 mins or so. I've had the qute 1 and 2,
Can you advise why Internet radio still plays for 5 mins or there abouts when mute is on. When it's connected via bmc to my supernait.
