nStream “info” is “not this album”

I get this on a few albums, it’s normally easy enough to find the right album at the time its playing, but only stays while the album is playing, it doesn’t stick for next time.
I’ve searched the forum & www in general & ended up confused & submerged in techno-babble but none seem to have a definitive fix.
Some I have fixed, others I am stuck with; to list just two.
Peter Green “Hot Foot Powder” is listed as Peter Green Splinter Group & it automatically rips & filed under that folder name. But the “info” is “not this album”. I moved it into the Peter Green folder with all the others, bingo, it pings up the right album. The album title & individual tracks are all listed as “Peter Green Splinter Group” but ID Tag shows only “Peter Green”
Michael Buble ( ‘ accent over e) seems a mystery to Rovi. It the same with all his named albums so I guess it’s that accent. I’ve tried editing out the accent & few other things, nothing worked. The album & tracks & ID Tag are all listed with the accent, even in Rovi all the albums have the accent.
Is this a Rovi problem or a meta-data tagging error?
Is there a fix & what/where?
If the fix is a tag editor, and if so what is the best for WAV (in my case) & for the other codec’s?
