I'm not much for opera but this looks interesting and a place to start. There is a 70 CD box set (Warner Brothers I think?)....remastered at 24/96 and also the ability to download hi rez. Amazon has pre-order at $275 which is pretty reasonable. No vinyl.

THAT's a lot of Callas. I have Norma CD with her and a compilation LP.

I find 70 CD's of Callas a lot, not a place to start.

A few days ago I downloaded an album 24/48 with 10 arias which I think is a good place to start.

70 CD's is for a collector or Callas fan, even at 4 bucks each.

Sorry, I'm not an opera fan, I can not listen to even one complete.

70 cd's of anyone is a lot. I picked up a 2014 remastered compilation of arias called Pure which features Callas in various roles. Superb singing throughout, but not nearly enough bait to splash out for much more...
