I after some help if possible please.
My UnitiQute 2 has been been intermittently working with the iPhone App over the last few days which hasn't been resolved by reloading the app or the standard switch off & on. Been ok with the remote.
I've today resorted to a factory re set and now the Qute isn't responding to the remote despite fresh batteries although it was working before?
I really would appreciate some help as i'm left with no music on this wet and miserable day.

Hi,
Does the UQ respond to any of the remote control buttons e.g. the display on/off button or the the settings (spanner) button?
if so, then you need to check the settings to ensure the UQ is connected to your network and that your inputs (Upnp/radio etc.) are enabled. Then try the PC and radio buttons to see if the UQ responds to these inputs.

You need to turn the unit off, wait 20 seconds and switch back on. Whilst the logo is showing, press the alt, i and 5 buttons simultaneously to get the remote talking again.
