Which Apps do you find indispensable on your iphone?

Posted by: Steve2 on 08 November 2014

Having resisted for so long I have taken the plunge and bought a Mobile Phone.  So the next task is to fill it with useful Apps.  Which Apps does the panel believe will prove most useful to me on my journey into the 21st century?

Naim app.  No contest!  IPeng and Spotify tie for Second; Roku and TiVo are tied for Third.

This one ( or its local equivalent ) that lets me scan a bottle's bar code, which pulls up the product description and a map of its nearest availability.

Santé !

Thanks everyone.  Plenty of food for thought.  I live in sunny Surrey and over the next week or two I shall investigate further the suggestions put forward by you all.  Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to respond to this one time Luddite and Technophobe.

An App I use often is AppBox Pro. Lots of tools in one App.

One I use on vacation when data is very expensive: Pocket Earth, very usefull. Download maps in advance and find your way offline. Needs Memory though.

Furthermore:

TomTom

Banking apps

Spotify and my Bluesound app.
