8 weeks it is then.

sorry we should not have posted that, it will happen when all compatibility testing is complete, no date for you all apart from asap.

So the copy and pasted email was not correct,     Surely if it's usable on muso then it should be ok for other units.

Hi Paul. Thank you for taking the time to participate in the forum. I was wondering if you could clarify for us

1. How come Muso is out there with Spotify on, new streamers will be out there with Spotify on, but existing customers have to wait (at least) 8 weeks for the firmware?

2. I totally understand that as a company Naim wants to make sure its products hit consumers with the least number of bugs but, why not a little bit of communication in the mean time? I mean, yeah of course, there are unexpected delays in development, debugging etc. but when was it that the 'news' (of Spotify Connect) came out? May? Why not simply put a polite note on the news section saying something along the lines of "Sorry about the delay in May/September/November/Etc.... it was because (INSERT REASON HERE)" I think a little communication would go a long way. Of course. if nobody knew about a product and it got (internally) delayed a zillion years, no problem. In this case the comms have been out there announcing, then nothing, then silence.

Thank you for caring

Huge Naim fan
