Software updates to Desktop Client, Unitiserve and ND5XS

Hi, Can someone tell me how I can check whether I am running the latest software upgrade on my Desktop Client, UnitiServe and ND5XS.

I'm a true luddite when it comes to technology, so laymans terms please.

As a fellow layman, from the blurb it seems that if you're running the wrong version it won't work.

I downloaded the new version yesterday and its Vsn 4.0.16.1180.

 

Start DTC. Click Help and About Naim DTC and the version number is displayed.

Thankyou. It looks like I'm on version 4.0.14.1175 so I'll update assuming it's not a step too far.

There is a new update for the UnitiServe, to 1.7b. You'll know if you have upgraded to this, as you will have done it in the last few days. It needs a new DTC. If you go into 'settings' in nServe you will see the version.

To see what is loaded in the ND5xs, go to the 'about' section and you will see the firmware version. The latest available is 3.22 or 3.23. You can also find this via the front panel setup: factory settings, system status, version.

So....Uniti is version - 1.7a

DCT is 4.0.14.1175

ND5XS is 3.16

 

Looks like I have a little work to do....

thank you for the advice...never would have got there without it.
