A nice start of the morning, the music is good enough to not be attributed as Muzak.....

Sorry in some stupid way made a mistake, I listened first to Einaudi and that's where the non Muzak comment fits....
Now on to something completely different. Nice version..
The new mastering hasn't brought so much in my opinion. A bit more air a bit more clarity in bass, but a level of improvement as on the first two albums.....
still as such a great album, that will not change....
Porcupine Tree "Stupid Dream" on cd

The Barr Brothers ~ The Barr Brothers (2011)
LZ/PG companion disc. I like it, but there's simply not enough of it. Call me greedy if you like...
A nice intermezzo
Very nice quiet album...., also not so much or not so much audible moaning.....

Peter Green ~ The Anthology (2008)
Playing disc three of four, this is an excellent box set compiled as the official retrospective of Peter Green's career produced with the help of the artist himself.
Nice triple CD boot from the first leg of the 1975 US tour...

That is a great box set Steve; try to have a listen to this sometime if you can, it is a 2005 3CD box set and includes some rare live recordings. I think I paid under £10 for it new, but that was a few years back.
Edited to say: I've just looked at "the last CD you bought thread" and I see you have just bought it!! What do you think of the box set?

Coincidentally Rob I just ordered it (in the early hours of the morning) a couple of days ago to add to my Peter Green collection. It was £6.70 used.

I know, I must have been editing my post when you were composing your reply! I see you have bought Rev Co as well, enjoy... but just make sure that you are wearing headphones to listen to that if the family is around!

It has not arrived here yet Rob but I will give the set a whirl as soon as I have ripped it.

You are in for a treat Steve. There is a brilliant 15+ minute live recording of "The Green Manalishi" on Disc 3 which is one of my favourite live recordings by any band.

Looking forward to it Rob and also steeling myself for Rev Co. when it arrives! I assume you have Fleetwood Macs three Live in Boston series albums or the box set. If not then I highly recommend all three CDs or indeed the box set from 2013.

Yes I have them all Steve; Boston, the BBC, The Marquee. What a great band they were in their original line-up.
This relatively new band.. Blues Pills.. remind me of the guitars and rhythm section of the early Fleetwoods, combined with a female vocalist who sounds similar to Colleen Rennison from No Sinner. Their 2014 debut album is well worth a listen.
On CD:-
Frank Black and The Catholics "Pistolero" the longer version on cd.
I'm in a kinda library music mood today. So here's a compilation of sounds created by Barry Gray (best known for themes for shows like Thunderbirds, Joe 90, UFO, Captain Scarlet, etc) for the jingle and advertising industries.
Fascinating.
On vinyl...

Interesting to listen or a typical DG "looking like a model" Star?

You could also consider two further two album sets - The Vaudeville Years and Show Biz Blues each with much unreleased stuff not released on Blue Horizon etc.
On Spotify Premium:-
Weedpecker - Weedpecker.
OK album, sounds good. Tracks start well but never seem to get anywhere, I think I've heard similar before. So it won't be costing me any cash.
