A friend of mine said whisky is a mood thing and I agree as there is a single malt for every mood it seems. But music is even more so. Today I really am in the mood for jazz. Helge Lien Trio's "Badger and Other Things" represents Norwegian Jazz at its best. It even sounds Norwegian.

Lewis' rendition of the big Wanderer-Fantasie is varied and bold, and by far my favorite recording of the work. Happy memories of a wonderful concert, too.

Cheers

Hmmm...don't know.

Do we need to know what anybody is listening to? Does this thread need to exist?

Does this forum REALLY serve a purpose in the larger scheme of things?

Are you, by any chance, related to my boss?

I don't think so! Posting whole albums, with something about why others might like it is one thing, but a whole string of individual tracks with nothing added is something else. Still, it's a way to climb the Forum rankings. Anyway, like you say, it really doesn't matter. No offence intended.
