"Come To Where I'm From"     (2003)     (SP)

On ancient original vinyl, this sadly underrated Hammond organ trio.

Absolutely incredible 1960s feel to it.

Yep thought the same but it ain't as good. Mind you Folk Singer isn't that highly rated by Blues aficionados though it has always been one of my favourite albums.

A relative of Ralph Bass who was a co producer on Folk Singer used to post here intermittently.

Haven't seen him around for awhile.

This is one of my favourite Jackson Browne albums. Is it a CD or a download? Thanks.

Dave

It's the CD version I have, I just have it ripped for the convenience of listening to tracks on a playlist. I was lucky enough to come across nearly 2 dozen audio fidelity/DCC/MFSL CDs in a charity shop. Felt sorry for the poor sod who bequeathed all the CDs to his progeny only for them not to realise their value!

still, they've come to a good home.

SJB

If you can't afford the DCC get a copy of the Japanese 20P2 disc as it has a beautiful warm analogue sound to it.

How about the 24 bit - 96Khz. "Late For The Sky" (Édition Studio Masters) download from Qobuz?

Several albums late afternoon into evening from Spotify main system running some hours on the new DAC, despite it's cheap price seems to be doing an OK + job.

Jackson Browne - Lawyers in Love, a couple of Kraftwerk albums and some Afro Celts.

Sorry if I missed it elsewhere.  What DAC did you get ?

Lawyers In Love is an under-rated disc, hope it sounds awesome.

Enjoy!
