Yes I also have that one and like it as well, the Boulez notations are within this album by the way completely out of order and I don't like that part of the album. The recent Schubert recording of David Fray is by the way also a pure delight.

Agree, he is a star, all his albums get regular airings here, ever since I first heard him on his spectacular Bach concertos disc.

Daryl Hall ~ Soul Alone (1993)

An excellent album that's as good to listen to now as it was when released.

Big Big Train ~ The Underfall Yard (2009)

An excellent modern prog' rock band, this is one of their earlier albums which does not quite hit the heights of their fantastic English Electric albums but you can hear how their sound was developing.

Arcane ~ Aphelion (2015)

Another good band adept at the Berlin School style who bring their own nuances to the earlier sound of for example, Tangerine Dream.

Ain Soph - A Tale Of Mysterious Forest

Jazzy/Rock/Prog Canterbury style....from Japan. Good stuff, especially the long title track which is more of a straightforward proggy style.

This is a shorter track,  Variations On A Theme By Brian Smith

Interesting album, drums sound sometimes a bit thin....

Very talented keyboard player, exiting trio. From bandcamp ...

Is that a picture of the volume control from the Statement pre-amp, per chance?

Very enjoyable music from Ray L on this album. The reproduction quality is superb too providing an excellent demonstration of just what CD is capable of if executed well.

Musically and from an audiophile perspective a pure delight. Comparable to Thord Gustavson, but with a bit more bite. Great soundstage, separation.......

And on the subject of Marcin Wasilewski, I bought this as a result of a recommendation on here..... And it's nothing like Tord Gustavsen......
