Listened a couple of his albums recently, while ok, not always that exciting....

Well produced album on CD this one remastered having eight of the mono original tracks and eleven in stereo.

It's been a few years since I have listened to this well played and nicely judged album and I was just in the mood for some of these ambient melodies.

Get the original version without the 8 tracks it sounds better.

A typically 'intense' album by Roger W. He must be a bit of a challenge to work with.

I've had the CD version for a while and prefer Amused to Death to The Pros & Cons of Hitch-hiking. Didn't realise until your post, Steve, that the former wasn't previously available on vinyl.

I'd rate it pretty high Richard. It's an excellent pressing and nice package altogether. Pretty good for £30.
It was available on vinyl before Mike but very few sold and the original is hard to find now, and expensive. I agree it better than The Pros... and the SQ of this vinyl is far superior to the CD rip I have on the hard drive.
