1st press vinyl. One of his best, if not the best Dylan album. For me it's a toss up between Highway 61 Revisited and this.

1st press vinyl. One of his best, if not the best Dylan album. For me it's a toss up between Highway 61 Revisited and this.
Agreed, this is by a long shot his finest album. But what about Desire? That comes a close second for me. Whatever happened to the release of the New York sessions for BOTT I wonder?
OK ewemon - fess up - what's the 411 behind this one? Looks like something I would want to have and can't because I don't have your inside connections!
Edit: Did some research and see this is from that boxed set - wish they would release this on its own as well (can get mp3 download but "meh" to that.) Is it true this is recorded "live" but with overdubbed crowd noise?
