Toundra, (II), flac download from Bandcamp

Downloaded this several months ago but forgot about it! Just randomly played it on my new (but cheap) car stereo. It's great!

Instrumental rock but with an eastern edge to it. Not too hard core. Just gone and purchased their other two albums :-)

I like all their material to date too Steve, one of the great Bandcamp finds. Speaking of which did you see the Naim newsletter informing us that the Naim catalogue is migrating to Bandcamp?

Can't see Naim music moving to Bandcamp as a bad thing at all.

(2015)

Just letting some ambient "space music" wash over me. Jaja gets her musical inspiration from observing the cosmos.

WAV

Fain by Wolf People (2013)

Quite retro yet modern with its style of fuzzy guitar rock mixed in with psychedelic folk. Shades of Tull, early Fleetwood Mac, Groundhogs  and much more. This album and Steeple are two very good albums by the band who must surely be releasing a new one next year...

Why...Because this album has one of the best Christmas songs ever written imo.

WAV

Steeple by Wolf People (2010)

For the same reasons as playing them earlier. This was their first album and is slightly more rock orientated than the later Fain.

Via Tidal (it's working at the moment - sshh !)

Nice album - can't put my finger on what it is I particularly like about it, but it just has a different, very pleasant vibe to it

In my eyes not the best music from Liszt...
