Album art gone from Naim app: Could you Please help me?

Hi Guys. I thought I'd ask here before pestering Naim themselves.

I don't think anything has changed in my system, other than one day ALL album art was gone from my Naim control app.

This is what I did to see if I could sort the problem

I turned off/on the streamer

Reset the cache of the app

deleted and reinstalled the app

re-scaned the NAS from the web console (this took a few hours)

Nothing. Everything works as usual but can't see the album covers

I use a ReadyNAS Duo hardwired to a gigabit switch. Worked flawlessly for years, except All album art is gone.

Is there anything missing and/or that I should do?

First suggestion would be to restart whatever server it is which is running on your NAS and/or the NAS itself.

Its all in the NAS

Not familiar with ReadyNAS, but how it's set up controls what you see in the app & how you browse the options also

In my Synology I don't see album art if I browse "By Folder" until I open the album ready to play,

Whereas if I browse by Album or Artist I get the art

.......... so how are you browsing ??? by folder ?? or by album, artist, genre ?????
