Sluggish N-Stream

Seeking advice on how to get N-Stream running fast again. The interface is slow and choppy. The is is 4-5 second delay when tapping albums/tracks. It's getting annoying. I have cleaned the image cache which helped a bit. I am running the current build.

Using my 1st gen Apple iPad Mini, no other apps running. Does this app require a newer iOS device?

Do you mean the "naim" app? My app ran hesitantly until I disabled 'location services' in the iPad settings. I cheer myself up from time-to-time by using Safari web browser, now THAT is one slow SOB!

I cleared the UPNP cache and this did the trick. Why does the app not do this automatically?

It's rather odd this as a cache is supposed to speed things up and make it run smoothly!
