App issue

Here is my equipment:

NDS, U-Serve, external storage, iPhone & iPad. 

 

I have been using the iPhone Naim app for sometime with fine results. Used it last night and accessed all of my music. One week ago I downloaded the Naim app to the iPad.  I can see and "play" the music, but nothing comes out of the stereo. In fact, when I look at the front display for my NDS (UPN), it will not find the music stored on the external drive. Yet, I can play my music (via iPhone) that is stored on the ED.

 

I have powered down the router and all equipment. Problem still persist.

 

THoughts?

Have you tried killing the app (by swiping off the top of the screen) and restarting?

Is this the same as deleting then reloading the app? This I have done. The swipe approach I will try if it is different from my efforts. Thanks you.
