UnitiServe Local Play

Just picked up a US and have begun ripping CDs and transferring downloads. Works fine as a source for my ND5 XS, but I can't get it to play via digital out for local play. No sound, but also the nServe app and the Desk Top Application don't show the track as playing, either. Any ideas?

Have you tried putting it into play mode, via the app?

As HH says, you'll need to initiate play from the nServe or desk-top application to get local playback via the S/PDIF output. When using the UnitiServe to feed a streamer via UPnP, you will be using the Naim app (formerly nStream).

nServe and nStream dont talk to each other as they control different functions of the UnitiServe.
