Update streamers firmware ?

New Naim app for iOS with support of NAC-N 272 is out. Any news about update of streamer's firmware with DSD64 support ?

It's with the beta testing team at the moment.

So far I don't see/hear any issues, Naim are fine tuning what is possible with SQ

No news yet on the public release date

I hope we won't be waiting for new streamer's firmware too long, I'm very curious about comparison SQ of DSD64 and HiRes FLAC.

Seems like most modern dacs supporting DoP offer support for DSD128, and many now support DSD256. I am curious why Naim chose to support only DSD64, and I wonder if support for 2X/4X is planned for the future.

Almost all of my DSD files are needledrops created using a Korg recorder at DSD128 (2X). I keep them only as raw archive files. To my ears, 24/96 flac conversions sound really good, so not a big deal - more just a curiosity for me at this point.
