website typo

a small thing:
https://www.naimaudio.com/product/range/uniti
"music over UPnP from a storage device such as the Naim UnitiServe hard disk sever,"
sever?
They are cutting down on space!
I was hoping the new price for the Statement pre/power on the April 2015 price list was also a typo...
They corrected the error (in bold type as a matter of fact). Looks like Naim are listening to us, or at least reading some of what we say here. Hurrah!
Indeed, I suspect PS has a regular peruse and flags certain things internally..
I'm guessing he'd have preferred a private email on this one though.

Typos happen. No great shame in that, except perhaps how long it took for anybody to notice it! I notified Naim as soon as I read Jon's post and they corrected it very quickly.
No slight intended, and I'd hope none was taken. It was just something that I spotted.
As for privately emailing Paul, I'm sure he is more than busy enough doing important things to have his inbox filling with gibberish from me. Thanks to Richard to routing the issue to the right people.

Indeed, you'd hope that the MD is focusing on more important matters and has someone in the Naim team to handle website issues.
Yes, there are people at Naim dedicated to looking after what goes on the website. I'd just like to say that Naim actually really appreciate feedback from you all, particularly with regard to any errors and omissions. It's quite remarkable how sometimes something small can be missed by so many when they're really focussed on the bigger picture. So thank you Jon.
I'm questioning the need to go public on a website typo, when the 'contact us' route would have done it.

Naim has corrected the typo; but it's a typo. I often see apostrophes wrongly used in reviewers' pieces, on public websites, by people who are paid to write. And that is grammar. Sorry if it's me raising the point.
Or even if it is I
Back in October I dropped a line to Naim pointing out that their "Find a Retailer" section was up the creek. A response said they were looking into it.
I created a post on 11th December pointing out that it still wasn't fixed.
Even today, its faulty. Not a big issue I guess.
An example of what I mean is that in the Map display, Oxford Audio Consultants comes up with the Flag numbered 107. In the List of retailers, Oxford Audio Consultants comes up as Number 110. Basically, the two sets of numbers don't match. Been like that, but with changing numbers, for about 6 months.
These incorrect cross-references are not typos.
Damn....
Read this post instead of cranking up the volume more listening to Son Volt "Caryatid Easy" cold beer in hand.
2 mins of my life I won't get back!
Have I made a grammar mistake? If so, I apologize, but at least I am partly justified not being English speaking..

Max, you should see my Italian!!
BBC presenters have a dreadful knowledge of english grammar and I am continually correcting them - the only problem is that they can't hear me!
