Go on then, I'll be first.
Triumph Sprint 955. Been biking for 35 years but not as much as I used to. Still wouldn't be without one though. There was a similar thread about a couple of years ago with photos ....

Me too. Beemer R1200GS Adventure, 1946 Triumph SpeedTwin, 1937 and 1939 Triumph Tiger 80's, and Kawasaki KDX 250 Enduro competition bikeno room in garage for any more
As many. bikes as Naim black boxes, and an even more addictive habit !
Me to. Regularly throw my leg over a BMW R1200GS, also ride for a local Blood Bike group.
Harley Davidson Dyna-Glide Convertible. Giving a long look at the new BMW R1200R. We'll see.
Mine are
Gsx1400
Gsf1200 work bike
The wife has a ktm 390 duke got it her for her 50th birthday
This, like the other thread, is tempting me back. I've not had a bike for the last 15 years but do intend to buy one when I retire back down to Devon in a few years. I'll probably go for a '60s Bonneville or similar that I can enjoy riding and maintain myself.
Yep - BMW R1200RT + 10 (ten) others mostly older than me. Only passed my car test 2 years ago at the age of 60 - cars are boring and get stuck in traffic - bikes have soul!
Previous R1100R owner and Harley rider.
Bikes have souls but so does the wife... so I have not been riding much latelly
Not at the moment but up until my youngest was born I rode from being 17 until my 40s, pretty much every jap bike above a 400 at one time or another. Last couple of bikes were R1s with a gsxr and a zx9 before those

Steve, if u do go back to bikes, just note that biggest category of bike accidents is that of mature riders going back to bikes and not realising the major change in performance.
Not intending to offend you ( or anyone) , but would hate to see a fellow Naimite in trouble !

Phantom, you must have long legs !!
Even with my GS on the lower seat setting, its a dog to get astride !

Dave, yours ago i used own a GSX1100 Katana, which was a weird looking bike when first brought out, but loved it.
Unfortunately this was in my youth and resulted in me getting banned for riding at speeds in excess of the limit !!
What can one say to that !!!!!
I think most off us has been done for speeding at some point in life
This thread as made me think back at my bike ownership route, from start to finish as follows
Yamaha FS1E
Honda CB200
Honda XL250
Yamaha RD250
Suzuki 1100 Katana
Kawasaki ZX10
Honda CBR600
Honda CBR600
BMW R1200GS
Some questionable ones at the start
KTM 1190 Adventure '14 . I bought it just before Xmas 6 months old and 5k miles , it was KTM UK's sales exec's bike for last year and I got an absolute bargain . It is just superb and I'm really starting to get used to it after 8 years on a 950 supremoto . I will try and post some pics if I ever get round to resizing them .
Kwack 900 ninja
Gsxr 600
Gsx1400

Plus to many in my youth which we used to rag around the moors back home in sheffield
Yamaha DT125
Yamaha YZ250 MX
Honda Hornet 600 1998
Suzuki GSXR 600 2001

KTM 950 Supermoto 2006
KTM 1190 Adventure 2014
Very nice . A friend of mine had one pretty much identical which I borrowed for an hour , very quick !!!!!
It was very quick and a lot of fun solo but, to be honest, my wife didn't like being on the back and my ZX9R was much much better two up. The one I had prior to this was almost as quick but possitively scary on a bumpy road
The ZX9R was the first BIG bike I rode after 600's , lovely road bike and just about perfect power .

I used to live in stocksbridge, so spent many an hour in your neck of the world.
Remember one of my family used to own one of the original green meanie kawa 500's ( that felt like the frame had a hinge in the middle, such was the power)

TZR250
Kawasaki Z650
Kawasaki GZ900R
Honda NSR125R
