Question Re: DAC - V1

Hi Everyone,

Proud new owner of a DAC-V1.

Quick question for you. I was wondering if there is any way of turning the "Naim" logo light in front of the DAC off?

I have done a search through the forums yet couldn't really find a concrete answer. I know that I can dim the menus lighting however I figure since I will be leaving the unit powered on 24/7 it would be nice to be able to have the option to turn off all lighting.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Yes, there are options. Check out the user manual from the Naim site.

When I was using the V1 as a pre n DAC, I had the logo set to be off when the V1 is muted.

The V1 is a cracking product, enjoy :-)

I just realized that your suggestion makes perfect sense, simple yet effective.

Engage mute and voila.
