Spotify app/muso issue

funny one this not happened before select spotify OK select track OK switch from iPhone 5s speakers to muso (which appears) but will not switch to muso. Icon appears and tries to connect but just fails and reverts to iphone

All devices / software on latest updates any ideas ??

I had the same issue yesterday for the first time ever but with Spotify connect on my ipad and my Unitilite. Opening the naim app and then the spotify app and trying to select the unitilite instead of my ipad the connect icon simply flashed but did not turn green. I deleted the naim app and reinstalled it but with no joy.  Then an hour later everything was good! Ihave a feeling that it might be something to do with the fact that my wifes iPhone had been connected to the naim earlier and when I tried later her phone wasnt on the network.  Hope it resolves for you soon.

Hi,

 

i am am having the same issue. it worked for me since I had my Mu-so back in October 2014. Using the spotify app via airplay or bluetooth connection work fine.

 

Feeling it has to do with Naim - Spotify integration set-up as the naim software has not been changed since the release and the spotify has got several upgrades since.

hi all,

 

we have received word from Spotify that there are some issues that they are resolving with the spotify connect backend servers that may sporadically effect users of many manufacturers, including Naim. They are working hard to resolve. 

 

if i hear more i shall inform you
