Thanks Naim, Latham Audio and HiFi Studio Number One

A few weeks ago I reported a damaged optical port on my Unitiqute. After contacting Naim, I received a mail from Latham Audio, the retailer for Naim in the Netherlands, saying I should contact my dealer, HiFi Studio Number One. With my dealer I agreed to bring in the UQ just before I was going on holidays to make the pain of missing my UQ as little as possible. Two weeks ago I turned in my UQ for repair and went on holiday. When I returned I contacted my dealer, who told me the UQ would be back from repair the next day. One day later I collected my UQ again and two hours later my UQ brouhgt a smile on my face producing wonderful sounding music:-)! The repair was free of any costs.

So thanks Naim, Latham Audio and HiFi Studio Number One for great support!

Good to hear Peter because I bought a UQ from HiFi Studio Number One as well some time ago. Rick and Vincent are great guys.

They went through great trouble recently to get the gear in for me to audition a pair of ATC SCM40’s in their shop. Unfortunately to my great surprise the SCM40’s were a big disappointment so no deal was done. Pity for me, pity for them and too bad for ATC.

But yeah, well done Latham Audio and well done Rick and Vincent. Thanks again for all the trouble.

If you give praise, do it to the right people: it's Latham audio . They deliver great service for dealers and customers in the Benelux...

Ouch, well spotted JJ. Sorry I did not spot the typo but indeed, it is Latham Audio who deserves all the praise. Sorry everybody. Especially Latham Audio.
