JRiver N-Stream and a Uniti 2....set up issues

I am trying to get JRiver to act as my DLNA server and to begin with all was well.

I was initially using my Naim remote to select the album I was using to test JRiver as the IPad was on charge, it was when I started using the IPAD as the control I noticed something wasn't right. My files were being transcoded to WAV and N-Stream had full control.

I then set up JRiver as follows:

Tools - Options - Media Network - ...Add or configure DLNA servers... - Audio - Mode: Original.

Format: PCM 24 Bit

The problem is that N-Stream can not load any tracks from an album or any other album in the library, it gives the message " 0 tracks were added," however the albums and tracks can be selected and played via the Naim remote control.

N-Stream confirms that the track is being played in its native format and there is no transcoding, N-Stream can forward, reverse, pause and play the album but can't select any album or track directly it givers the message " 0 tracks were added."

If I reverse the settings back to Audio - Mode: Specified output format  >Format: PCM 24 Bit, N-Stream recovers full control and can select Albums and tracks but the tracks are transcoded into WAV.

I have followed the advice in this thread:

The only option I can't set is "Associate with DLNA Server".

When I right-click on the uniti 2 listed under playing now there is no option to choose the "Audiophile 24-bit DAC" from the list. it is greyed out with the message only one server, used by default.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
