I have chance to change my NAIM NAIT 5i - 2 a NAIM N-Vi.

It’s a upgrade or not ?

What do you want to do with it ?

Apart from them both having the ability to amplify, they are totally different units.

In Stereo, with my two KEF 104/2. Not in 5.1

It’s for the CD/DVD, all-in-one.

I have a Apple TV 160Gig

Arcam rDAC

and a NAIM NAIT 5i - 2 and NAC A5

If you're just after the DVD then buy a DVD player and keep the 5i. The n-Vi is a great unit (I have one) but given what you already have, the n-Vi won't bring a lot to the party.
