Using muso with TV

Bit of a novice so please bear with me. I would like to use the muso with a Panasonic TV. I have attached the optical cable to both but no sound. I still have a Bluray player hdmi attached via sky box. there is obviously a very simple solution so please help!

Make sure that your TV sends out PCM sound through the optical output. The Muso can't handle any other formats on the optical connection. You should be able to find this in the Settings menu on your TV.
