Updating firmware

I am running 3.00 firmware on my 172 XS, is it ok to go straight to 4.3 and pass on 3.22 when updating the firmware or will I have to do 3.22 first, if in anyone knows?

Thanks, am definately on 3.21 so straight onto 4.3.
