I'd check out the computer audiophile forum.  Those geeks will know and use it if it exists ;-)

I use MusicScope.  It does a lot more than dynamics - search MusicScope

Hi I use MusiscScope as well - and there are several different types of dynamic range measurement and metering. (Top centre left of display screen)

A good on-line source is the Dynamic Range Database found here:

http://dr.loudness-war.info/

It contains almost 82,000 albums including CDs, vinyl, Hi-Res, Blu-Ray and others.

File formats used for analysis are identified and typically FLAC or WAV.

If you go to the site joerand refered you to: http://dr.loudness-war.info there is in the top-righthand corner a dropdown menu called links. In it you'll find a reference to DR-metering software for MacOS and that is written by the designer of the DR-measurements and gives you the proper number.

I also use Music Scope.

I published some results in a thread a few months ago.
