Only two months old, it was fine yesterday now it will not print at all, shows on printer screen

it is printing but nothing happens! I have tried updating drivers & software to no avail.

so it's back to the shop tomorrow!

It was great while it lasted, I will replace it

with the same model because it's a great printer!

Has it run out of ink? Seriously though, it sounds like the print-head which is the worst outcome. One last thing I'd try is to re-run the alignment. I have an MG-6250 and it's the best printer I've ever had, it's fast & the print quality is superb. The MG7550 would have been the natural successor when my MG-6250 finally dies so I'd be similarly interested to hear how you get on, hopefully it's just a one-off.

It would appear to be a faulty USB cable' It's working perfectly now!
