we only have the Internet radio stations available on our naim device, there are lots of heart radio station but there is no heart North East, why not and how do I get it?

I've never tried it, but I believe you can add iRadio stations to a Naim streamer here:
Alternatively, as a sort of workaround solution, put an Apple Airport Express near your streamer and connect it to a digital input with a Toslink optical cable. This will enable you to access the station on an iPhone, iPad or computer, and send it to the Naim player using Airplay.
