A big thumbs up to Naim Label

Asides from having some great artists that are recorded very well, I have found today that customer service matches the quality of the music they produce.
I had foolishly not backed up some files previously downloaded from the store and when I tried to re-download them I was told I had exceeded my download limit. One email to customer services and the very helpful Charlie reset my account so I could re-download everything I have bought. No fuss, no problems, just great customer service - and I also got a thanks for my support of the label.
A very happy customer who will be buying more music from Naim in the future (along with a 272 and 250DR!!).
