So what is up with the time now??

Posted by: BigH47 on 21 April 2011

Not only is it showing an hour slow even the minutes are wrong.

I'm showing London time , so that SHOULD not be the problem, I don't seem to remember changing my time setting so may times, if any, previously.

REAL WORLD time of post 11:18. Forum 10:08

Howard,

Richard explained what we have to do here... https://forums.naimaudio.com/di.../lastReply#lastReply

I adjusted my personal time to GMT+1 and have been ok since then. Not sure about the minutes out of sync, but this post was created @ 11:56

Denis

PS. There seems to be an issue with the minutes out of sync

Did we have to change this twice a year before?

No, Naim Admin did it for us here in the UK. Elseware in the world suffered the TZ problem that we do now!

The other forums I visit adjust the time to GMT/BST automatically if you so wish.

Why am I not surprised to see that this one doesn't.

Edit: posted at 2.10.

It's just Hoop.la telling us that the software is a little behind the times.  (no smilies as the task bar is not visible on an iPad)

I’m beginning to suspect that Naim may have been secretly taken over by our American cousins; god forbid it may even be Hoop.la. What do you think?

Now, what was the name of that Scottish HiFi Company?

No smilies needed for an accurate post?

So when everyone loses their patience with the forum and forms their own elsewhere, Naim can close this one down, saving aggro and money. Maybe?
