N Serve problems connecting to HDX

Does anyone know of a fix for a problem with loading new N-serve on the Ipad. It did work until recently now the app just sits in "loading" mode indefinately and no way to break out or reconnect. I know its not connectivity problem as the Songbook app works ok (although its a poor app)

After much work,  appears fixed when you remove the 2 USB devices and reset everything N-serve works again...

Sounds like a software bug in N-serve.

still problematic. I wish Naim would priortise getting this software toi work and test it before releasing it to the market. Hours wasted on technical isues that should be sorted at source. Noty very impressed with this app at all.

From time to time This is happening for me too. Can be sorted by Killing the app on the IPAD, (you double tap on the IPad " button" and then all working Jobs is shown  at bottom  Line on the iPad, hold on one job, a red cross is shown and the you can kill it. Second solution is to delete the app from your iPad, and then download it again from app-store, a 2 second job.
