Remote not working after updating firmware

Posted by: iwcpilot on 07 October 2015

I updated my Superuniti firmware to version 4.4 last night successfully and everything is working perfectly except my remote is now not working. I installed two different sets of fresh batteries (tested) and still no luck. I read on the forum about resetting the remote by pushing "aux", "i", and "disp" keys all at once but it did not do anything. I am not sure what to do now. I am looking for advice from anyone who has run into a similar problem. Thanks

I had the same thing happen when I updated my NDX to 4.3.3 but switching the unit off removing and reinstalling the batteries and switching the unit back on did the trick.

Good luck.

You need to power down first then hold the aux, i and disp whilst switching on.

Thank you Richard. I will try that tonight.

I tried what Richard suggested without success. The remote still does not work. Any other suggestions? I am at a loss and don't know what to do next.

Suggest you email  Naim Support.  Details in the sticky thread.  They are usually very responsive.
